Recruitment Specialist

About Us:
One of our clients, Unit Build, is a leading development company with a focus on light steel structures and is currently expanding into furniture manufacturing. Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in a similar position.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, report generation.

Core Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
• Conduct interviews and select candidates who meet the requirements.
• Manage the electronic recruitment system (recruitment funnel).

Additional Responsibilities:

• Arrange housing and transportation for employees.
• Organize ticket purchases for new employees.
• Draft specifications for work contracts (for legal review).
• Conduct regular interviews with current employees.
• Organize employee testing and training.

Working Schedule:

• On-site, full-time.
• Available from 9:00 to 18:00 or from 8:00 to 17:00 (flexible hours based on candidate's choice).
• Assistance with relocation, accommodation, and transport.
