Analyst - Investment Manager – Infrastructure & Energy Transition

Our Clien t , an independent investment firm specializing in sustainable infrastructure, is seeking talented professionals to join its growing investment team. With a focus on public-private partnerships and real asset strategies, the firm is actively deploying capital across sectors such as transportation, renewable energy, and maritime decarbonization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support origination, due diligence, and execution of infrastructure investments across Europe, with a focus on real assets.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
• Participate in transaction structuring, financing, and negotiations.
• Monitor portfolio companies and support asset management strategies.
• Conduct sector and market research to support investment theses.
• Prepare investment committee materials and investor reporting.

Requirements :

• Experience in project finance, M&A, private equity, or infrastructure investing.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
