Qargo is a tech start-up with offices based in London and Ghent (Belgium). We’re on a mission to transform the transportation industry by making it more efficient, profitable, and sustainable. We are building the most user-friendly and intuitive Transport Management System (TMS) on the market that automates administrative processes and optimizes planning. To support our growth and expand our business, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager in France (open to location). You will play a key role in kick-starting and expanding our presence in this market.
Own the Sales Cycle – From prospecting to lead generation to close, it’s yours to command!
Hunt for New Leads – Through calls, emails, networking events, and fairs, you’ll bring in new business and drive growth.
Build Lasting Partnerships – Forge strong relationships with industry players to drive cross sales and boost brand awareness.
Think Creatively – Shorten the sales cycle, spark new ideas, and push toward ambitious goals.
Get to Know Your Clients – Understand their needs, objectives, and challenges—and know the competition, too.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Team up with other departments and use HubSpot to stay on top.
A Business Development Pro with a hunter’s instinct!
Customer-focused, driven, energetic, and persistent—no challenge too big.
Tech savvy, experience with TMS (or SAAS) gives you an edge.
International mindset and willing to travel.

You are fluent in French and English.
Since you’ll be visiting prospects and clients regularly, a valid driver’s license is a must.
