You possess:

1. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in a simple, accessible way.
2. Self-motivation and eagerness to learn—no prior insurance experience needed!
3. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and benefits packages.
4. A problem-solving mindset—you are resourceful and proactive in resolving client issues.
5. Insurance knowledge or willingness to obtain insurance licensing (if applicable, we will help make the process seamless).
