Role: DevOps Engineer

Location: 100% Remote (CET Timezone)

Position: Permanent - Full Time

Salary: 80-120k Euros + Equity

Requirements

1. Extensive hands-on experience with multiple cloud provider architectures, especially with Kubernetes.
2. OP with security (Secure key management, server hardening, and intrusion detection are important themes).
3. Proficient in various cloud provider redundant infrastructure, failover, and disaster recovery.
4. You are innovative, willing to learn, motivated, flexible, and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.
5. Able to develop tooling and monitoring solutions where none exist and can debug unstable software (testnet stage clients).

Responsibilities

1. Running mission-critical Kubernetes deployments across multiple cloud providers using the best security, performance & monitoring practices while embracing SRE methodologies.
2. Troubleshooting technical failures & issues aiming for the best MTTR.
3. Implementation of monitoring and alerting.
4. Active participation in DevSecOps efforts implementing excellent Continuous Security.
5. Collaborate with other engineers to implement operational solutions while defining and adhering to industry best practices.
6. Participate in our 24/7 on-call rotation.
