KEY EXPECTED RESULTS
Deploy Content Strategies: Implement content strategies, programs, tools, and activation guidelines according to the marketing and communication strategies of the Business Line and DCEM.
Develop Guidelines: Create guidelines to support all initiatives (product launches, Group topics, etc.) by offering a complete content experience across all touchpoints (online, offline, owned, shared, earned, paid...).
Collaborate with Regions/Territories: Work with regions/territories to produce relevant content tailored to their needs while maximizing the use of these contents.
Monitor Content Performance: Oversee the performance of global content and assets.
Propose Corrective Actions: Suggest corrective measures based on content performance analysis.
Manage Agency Relations: Handle the relationship with the agency concerning the content in charge and the associated budget.
Publish Global Assets: Release global assets and content within the Group's content management ecosystem (Michelin Content Center, PIM...), adhering to naming conventions.
Conduct Communication Trend Monitoring: Set up and analyze monitoring of communication trends in the domain (SEA/SEO, mobile, video, email, social networks, etc.) to anticipate/react to changes.
Test and Benchmark Content: Test content and conduct benchmarks to continuously improve performance.
