We’re seeking a passionate Product Designer who deeply understands user needs and behaviors to ensure our products are intuitive, engaging, and impactful. As part of the Ratings Workflow Solutions team, you’ll collaborate across disciplines to design and refine experiences across our suite of applications—translating insights into elegant, user-centered solutions that improve workflows, drive adoption, and deliver measurable value
The UX Team consists of 20 UX professionals, including researchers, product designers, and design system developers. Our mission is to deeply understand the needs of Fitch’s end users, both internal and external. We focus on aligning the applications we build to meet or exceed these needs by delivering intuitive and simple user flows and user interfaces that enable end users to complete their workflows with precision and speed.

The UX Team collaborates daily with product managers, developers, testers, business stakeholders, and end users.
