As a key member of the operations team, you will handle complex transactions and overrides, ensuring they align with strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your day-to-day will involve investigating process exceptions that fall outside standard delivery, identifying root causes for systemic issues, and recommending actionable solutions. Beyond standard processing, you will act as a consultant to the business—articulating complex processes to customers, guiding vendors, and collaborating with cross‑functional partners to resolve high‑priority operational hurdles. • Operational Excellence: Execute complex transactions and overrides accurately; investigate and document process exceptions beyond first‑level delivery.

• Must Haves:
  • Undergraduate Degree or College Diploma.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Trade Finance.
  • Direct experience with SBLC (Standby Letters of Credit) and Guarantees.
  • Deep familiarity with ICC Brochures, including UCP, ISP, and URDG.
  • Proven track record in a client‑facing or customer‑service‑oriented role.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Preferred (Nice‑to‑Have):
  • Certifications: CDCS (Certified Documentary Credit Specialist) or CSDG (Certificate for Specialists in Demand Guarantees).
  • Technical Familiarity: Experience with TPS360 and SWIFT messaging.
