Grading and Administrative Support:

• Assist in grading assignments, quizzes, and tests, as directed by the lead teacher.
• Help with administrative tasks such as organizing classroom materials, filing paperwork, and maintaining student records.
• Prepare bulletin boards, displays, and classroom decorations that align with lesson themes.

Communication with Parents and Staff:

• Help facilitate communication between the teacher, students, and parents, as directed by the lead teacher.
• Attend meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school events as required.
• Provide feedback to the teacher on student progress and challenges observed during class.

Classroom Environment:

• Ensure that classroom materials and resources are well-organized and available for the teacher and students.
• Help set up and clean up classroom spaces before and after lessons.
• Maintain a safe and well-managed classroom environment, reporting any issues or safety concerns to the lead teacher.

Professional Development:

• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and school events to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Stay informed on current educational practices, classroom management strategies, and student development.
