• Collaborate with key stakeholders by working closely with product teams to refine designs and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Maintain a strong design system by developing a cohesive visual language that enhances the overall user experience.

• Work alongside developers to ensure smooth implementation of interactive components and refined UI elements.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience in building and maintaining design systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance creativity with functionality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a dynamic team environment.
• Ability to conduct user research to understand behaviors, pain points, and needs.
• Comfortable working on multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-impact setting.
