Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Business Product Management, the People & Culture (P&C) Product Owner will provide expertise in the technical business ownership of talent systems that support the Talent and Organizational Effectiveness team. This includes talent acquisition and talent management solutions such as Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion), Oracle PeopleSoft, and other HRIS systems, as well as custom-built solutions, interfaces, and related People & Culture data. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technology, driving initiatives aligned with WorkSafeBC’s strategic objectives.
You bring extensive experience and a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end talent acquisition and talent management business processes, data, and systems throughout the talent life cycle. Your expertise includes leading and collaborating with teams to implement new systems and modules, managing integrations, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. These efforts support the organization’s goal of identifying, developing, and retaining top talent. Experience with the Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) Talent Management suite is considered an asset.
In this role, you’ll build and maintain relationships internally and externally at all levels of the organization, partnering closely with key stakeholders while ensuring that confidential and sensitive management information related to WorkSafeBC’s operations are handled with discretion and tact.

Where you’ll work: At WorkSafeBC, we offer a model that combines the convenience of working remotely with the dynamism of working in one of our offices, based on the operational needs of the position. In this role, you’ll work primarily from our Richmond office, with some flexibility to work from your home in B.C.
