Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures in residential settings.
• Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and diagnostics on gas, water, and hydronic heating systems.
• Ensure that all plumbing work complies with local codes, industry standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with clients to assess needs and provide tailored plumbing solutions.
• Accurately complete and maintain project records, including service documentation and time logs.
• Uphold safety standards and procedures, utilizing provided equipment and protective gear.
• Support and mentor apprentices in hands-on training and technical knowledge.

Qualifications

• Licenses: Valid Journeyman Plumber Certificate and clean driver's license.
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years as a Journeyman Plumber in a residential setting preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in plumbing installations, gas fitting, and hydronic heating systems.
• Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment, showing willingness to teach and mentor.
