Sales Supervisor - Remote Work

Position Overview:
As a Sales Supervisor/Manager, you will oversee a team of sales representatives, guiding them to achieve their individual and collective goals. You will be responsible for providing leadership, support, and coaching to ensure the team is performing at its highest potential. You’ll play a key role in developing sales strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring that both team and organizational objectives are met. This is a remote position, allowing you to lead and manage from anywhere, while maintaining strong team cohesion and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of remote sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company objectives.
- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team huddles to provide coaching, training, and development.
- Ensure sales representatives have the tools and resources they need to succeed.
- Help resolve client concerns and escalated issues, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members, ensuring they are equipped to meet expectations.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies and ensure smooth operational processes.
- Analyze data and sales trends to make informed decisions and drive growth.
- Maintain a positive, high-energy work environment that fosters teamwork and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a sales management or leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a remote team.
- Experience with remote work management, including maintaining team morale and productivity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate others.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
- Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to drive performance improvements.
- Life insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required.
- Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems for communication, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Insurance license is preferred but not required; we are happy to guide you through the licensing process and provide support to help you obtain one if needed.
