Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Office Administrator. The role is based in Kitchener, ON, with some opportunity for remote work. Primary responsibilities include providing administrative assistance, managing office equipment, maintaining office administration duties, ensuring effective communication within the office, and delivering excellent customer service. The Office Administrator will be critical in supporting daily operations and contributing to a smooth and efficient office environment.

  • Proficiency with Office Equipment
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
