Kelowna EMDR Clinic is seeking a dedicated Office Manager to join our team. We're seeking someone who can bring their expertise to streamline our operations and support our growing team of mental health professionals.
Your Impact
As our Office Manager, you'll be the backbone of our clinic operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning while supporting our clinicians and clients. This role combines administrative excellence with leadership and people management skills.
What will you be doing?
- Working with clients: Onboarding new clients and overseeing the full intake process, managing our email and phone lines, overseeing scheduling and billing.
- Supporting our clinicians: Providing general administrative support for multiple clinicians, as well as leading HR functions like recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Operations management: Maintaining a clean and efficient clinic office, finding ways to improve processes, policies and procedures, and working with stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Billing, bookkeeping and reporting: Stay on top of accounts receivable, perform light bookkeeping, and develop some financial reporting.
- Managing compliance and privacy: Establish compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards, and ensure all sensitive client health data is protected.

Experience you bring:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration or clinic management.
- Completion of a business, administration, MOA or HR program an asset.
- A passion for mental health and making a positive impact in the community.
