Working alongside the marketing leadership team, the Senior Paid Media Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring HostPapa continues to expand its market position as a leading web hosting provider by optimizing existing marketing channels and identifying new opportunities for growth.

What you’ll do:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other relevant channels.
2. Lead budget planning, allocation, and optimization across all paid channels to maximize ROI and meet business objectives.
3. Establish and monitor KPIs for all paid campaigns, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve performance.
4. Perform advanced keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
5. Manage bid strategies and campaign structures to ensure optimal performance across various audience segments, geographies, and devices.
6. Create and optimize compelling ad copy and creative assets that align with brand messaging and drive high conversion rates.
7. Develop and implement A/B testing strategies for landing pages, ad copy, and creative elements.
8. Build and refine audience targeting using first-party and third-party data.
9. Collaborate with the content and SEO teams to ensure alignment between paid and organic search strategies.
10. Provide regular reporting and analysis on campaign performance, including recommendations for optimization and strategic adjustments.
11. Train and mentor junior team members on paid media best practices.
12. Develop fraud prevention strategies to mitigate click fraud risks.
13. Analyze customer journey data to optimize conversion paths and campaign attribution.
14. Collaborate with the web development team to ensure tracking implementation and landing page optimization.
15. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors if applicable.
16. Perform related duties as assigned to ensure department and organizational success.

About you:

1. Expert knowledge of paid search, paid social, display, and remarketing advertising platforms.
2. Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into effective paid media campaigns.
3. Advanced analytical skills with experience in campaign performance analysis and optimization.
4. Exceptional project management abilities with strong attention to detail.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Proficiency in data visualization and presentation development.
7. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
8. Ability to work independently and lead remote team members effectively.
9. Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field; equivalent work experience may be substituted.
2. 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
3. Demonstrated experience managing substantial advertising budgets (six figures or above).
4. Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
5. Proven track record of campaign optimization, resulting in significant performance improvements.
6. Experience with web hosting, SaaS, or similar B2B technology products in a remote environment is strongly preferred.
