Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and self-driven Appointment Setter with a commercial insurance background. This remote role is responsible for immediately responding to incoming leads, qualifying potential clients, scheduling appointments directly into our producers' calendars, and independently managing smaller commercial insurance opportunities. This role is critical to enhancing response speed, improving lead conversion rates, and supporting our producer team's productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Promptly respond to inbound website leads redirected from our CRM.

Perform initial lead qualification and accurately document essential client information.

Schedule qualified appointments for producers, optimizing calendar management.

Identify and independently pursue smaller commercial insurance opportunities.

Maintain persistent follow-up with leads to ensure continued engagement.

Collaborate closely with the producer team to ensure seamless client handoffs and effective scheduling.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in commercial insurance is required.

Proven success in appointment setting, sales coordination, or a related role.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Excellent organizational and documentation abilities.

Proficient in CRM software (experience with HubSpot is advantageous).

Self-motivated and results-driven attitude.

Compensation:

Competitive base salary of $40,000 annually plus commission

Commission and incentive opportunities based on individual sales performance and successful appointment setting.
