Join Cogeco as our Strategic Content Lead Advisor, Communications, to help shape and amplify our internal voice so that it resonates across our teams in Canada and the United States.
Reporting to the Director of Communications and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, you will be instrumental in supporting a variety of organizational initiatives, with a strong focus on change communications, organizational development, and other core business areas. You will execute communication strategies with excellence while maintaining a clear, human-focused narrative, driving our message with clarity, creativity, and impact.
We’re seeking someone who is deeply curious, thrives in an ever-evolving environment, and can bring clarity and simplicity to complex concepts. You’ll be working across the organization, collaborating with leaders and teams to craft a compelling content pipeline that is both strategic and relatable. A natural storyteller, you’ll be able to get to the heart of key organizational initiatives and share them in ways that inspire engagement.
