A leading Canadian law firm in Toronto is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing and communications team. The role involves project coordination, maintaining schedules, and high-level client service. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in marketing or communications and relevant work experience. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with in-office requirements up to 2 days per week.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the support and service of the marketing and communications team, where you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality projects for our internal clients, both lawyers and business professionals. The Coordinator will gain exposure to a wide range of marketing tactics and tools, from social media and digital content to major firm events. We are looking for someone who is curious, organized, and eager to learn. This is a detail-oriented position with an emphasis on project coordination and delivery, high-level client service and workflow processes.
A university or college diploma (preferably in marketing or communications), plus a minimum of one year of relevant work experience, preferably in project coordinator or marketing role. Prior exposure to a professional services or B2B environment is considered an asset. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.
We are currently working in a hybrid work arrangement, which includes a requirement to work primarily in the office and flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
