Due to tremendous growth, Boxzooka currently has an opening for a Digital Marketing Coordinator. This position is responsible for promoting our services across multiple channels with professionalism and excellent communication skills. The Digital Marketing Coordinator must be motivated, organized, detail oriented, with consistent follow through and a proven track record. This role is an integral part of our team and essential to drive revenue and fuel our growth.

Digital Marketing Coordinator Job Description Summary:

Boxzooka has built a strong brand in technology-driven eCommerce fulfillment and is entering its next growth chapter. We are looking to bring digital marketing expertise in-house to drive qualified pipeline, optimize performance marketing investments, and manage our external agency partners.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Executive, Sales, and Client Success teams to align marketing strategy with revenue objectives. This role is responsible for demand generation, campaign execution, performance analytics, and ensuring marketing dollars translate into measurable pipeline and new logo growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute Boxzooka’s B2B digital demand generation strategy aligned to defined ICP segments and revenue targets.
  • Own marketing performance metrics including MQLs, SQLs, cost per qualified lead, and pipeline contribution.
  • Manage and hold external marketing agency partners accountable for performance across paid media, social, SEO, email, and creative.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to align messaging, targeting, campaign focus, and lead follow-up processes.
  • Analyze performance data across HubSpot, paid platforms, and website analytics to drive optimization and budget allocation decisions.
  • Lead high-intent acquisition initiatives (paid search, LinkedIn, retargeting, and ABM) to capture active demand within defined ICP segments.
  • Oversee website performance, landing page testing, and conversion optimization initiatives.
  • Translate market insights, competitive positioning, and industry trends into clear campaign messaging.
  • Provide structured monthly executive reporting on pipeline contribution, ROI, and forward marketing strategy.
  • Own HubSpot strategy and optimization, including lifecycle stage management, lead scoring, workflow automation, and campaign attribution.
  • Improve CRM data integrity, reporting dashboards, and marketing-to-sales alignment to ensure accurate pipeline visibility and measurable ROI.
  • Lead the ongoing refinement of Boxzooka’s strategic brand positioning to ensure consistent, differentiated messaging across all digital channels and campaigns.
To Be Successful in this Role:
  • 5-8+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing or demand generation, preferably in fulfillment, SaaS, or technology-enabled services.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline for high-value B2B sales cycles.
  • Experience managing external marketing agencies and holding partners accountable to performance metrics.
  • Strong working knowledge of paid search, LinkedIn advertising, retargeting, email automation, SEO, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • Highly analytical with ability to translate data into clear recommendations and action plans.
  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working cross-functionally with Sales and Executive leadership.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a growth-oriented environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward testing, iteration, and measurable results.
  • Willingness to adapt to a fast‑paced work environment; hack, test and learn mentality.
