A prominent arts organization located in Banff is seeking a Manager, Digital Marketing to lead digital marketing strategies and oversee paid advertising campaigns. The successful candidate will utilize extensive experience in digital marketing and analytics to support various programs and events. This full-time position offers a salary range of $68,714 - $102,040, along with a range of employee benefits including wellness programs and professional development opportunities.
This is a 6 month term position.

Marketing and Communications plays a key role in supporting Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity’s strategic goals and public profile. The Manager, Digital Marketing leads the planning, execution, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns, managing the paid advertising budget and using data‑driven insights to promote programs, events, conferences and content. The role collaborates closely with other Digital Marketing team members, and the wider marketing and communications team, and supports a range of campaigns, from arts and cultural events to participant recruitment and international ticket sales.
