The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving data-driven marketing strategies, optimizing online campaigns, and providing actionable insights to enhance the digital footprint of our organization. This is a hands‑on position for an analytical thinker who thrives on transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement, manage, and maintain GA4 and Google Tag Manager setups across multiple websites and digital platforms.

  • Monitor, track, and report on website traffic, user behavior, conversion funnels, and campaign performance.

  • Analyze digital marketing campaigns (paid, organic, social, email) to provide insights on ROI, engagement, and optimization opportunities.

  • Develop dashboards and custom reports to track KPIs and present data to internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure proper tagging, tracking, and accurate data collection.

  • Conduct A/B testing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and performance analysis for website and campaign improvements.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in digital analytics, GA4, GTM, and SEO/SEM best practices.

  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting, streamline workflows, and improve data accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and related analytics tools.

  • Experience with marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, or similar.

  • Advanced skills in Excel, Google Data Studio, or BI reporting tools.

  • Solid understanding of web technologies, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for tagging and tracking purposes.

  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital marketing principles.

Experience:
