Job summary
A leading logistics company in Richmond, British Columbia is seeking an Order Processing Representative III. This role involves managing customer activities related to container shipments from arrival to delivery, requiring strong logistics knowledge and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and 1-2 years of experience in logistics operations. This full-time position offers a pay rate of $25.62 per hour and requires flexibility with work hours.
Qualifications
- Technical degree or bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics operations, international transportation, or container management preferred.
- Strong knowledge of import/export processes and supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate routing, pick-up, and tracking of containers and shipments.
- Communicate proactively with customers and suppliers for accurate information flow.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve operational problems.
