Your Impact

  • Prepare technical deliverables including reports, proposals, process schematics, specifications, and layout drawings.
  • Support process engineering analysis and design, including technology selection, equipment sizing, process modelling, mass balances, hydraulic assessments, and 3D layout development.
  • Participate in projects from concept and feasibility through detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations support.
  • Balance work across multiple simultaneous projects, adapting to evolving schedules and priorities.
  • Coordinate with colleagues, vendors, and—over time—clients and subcontractors, as your project experience deepens.
  • Provide technical and project support to intermediate and senior engineers.
  • Engage in ongoing skill development and mentorship to enhance your technical and consulting capabilities.
  • Work primarily in an office or hybrid environment, with short site visits and occasional longer field assignments as required.
The Skills That Set You Apart
  • Undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering (graduate studies an asset).
  • Registered or eligible to register as an EIT or P.Eng with a Canadian engineering regulator (EGBC / APEGA).
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience; co‑op and internship experience considered.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French an asset.
  • Organized and detail‑oriented, with strong time‑management abilities.
  • Experience using engineering software and commercial tools for technical problem‑solving.
  • Interest or experience in proposal development and business development activities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with process modelling tools such as HYSYS/HYSIM, OLI, or Metsim is an asset.
  • Field experience is an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license.
