Outpost Recruitment, is seeking a Recruiter / Talent Sourcer who will work remotely in Canada. We place construction professionals that play key roles in the construction of Canada’s landmark buildings and infrastructure projects. Base salary ($60,000-$80,000) plus commission. We are a boutique agency serving the Canadian construction sector for over 10 years who do recruitment differently as we believe the industry is broken. Outpost has a relationship-focused approach with clients (leading general contractors, subcontractors and consultancies) and candidates and always thinks about long-term success for both parties. We provide local and international talent to working on ICI (Institutional, Commercial & Industrial) buildings and infrastructure projects across Canada, with strong ties with 7 of the Top 10 Canadian Contractors. We pride ourselves on our strong ethics. Our niche is working with global talent. We track inbound global talent via our sister website, Moving2Canada, and have a mature database of candidates within Canada.
Compensation: Base salary ($60,000-$80,000) plus commission. Base salary and commission will be commensurate with level of experience. We offer 20 vacation days, flexible working hours and a $2,500 annual Health Spending Account (HSA).
