The Claims Reporting Specialists (CRS) assist our clients with their First Notice of Loss (FNOL) following loss of property or casualty. They assist our clients who have been involved in an auto accident or have sustained damages to their property with starting/opening their claims process. You will play an essential role in supporting our members and clients during a sensitive and difficult moment in their life with empathy, expertise, and professionalism. You will assess their needs, review their coverages and provide solutions to bring the client back to their pre-loss condition. Your mission is to offer our clients with the best claims set up experience catering to their needs. Building a career as a claim’s expert, means evolving in a dynamic call-center environment where each phone interaction is an opportunity to create a meaningful client experience.
