What You'll Do:

1. Build and grow a portfolio of small business clients.
2. Upsell and cross-sell additional products.
3. Provide top-notch customer service, responding quickly to client inquiries.
4. Guide clients through renewals, ensuring timely updates and presentations.
5. Collaborate with underwriters, keeping clients’ needs a priority.
6. Mentor and support the team to ensure smooth operations.

What You’ll Bring:

1. 1-2 years experience in insurance or a related field.
2. Familiarity with Broker Management Systems and Microsoft Office.
3. Working toward or holding a Level 1 or Level 2 Insurance License.
4. Passion for client service and team collaboration.
