Insurance Broker

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and sales, with a passion for helping clients find the right insurance solutions to meet their needs. As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their financial security.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.
2. Communicate effectively with clients to explain various insurance products and services.
3. Assist clients in completing applications and processing claims as needed.
4. Stay informed about industry trends, changes in regulations, and new products to ensure clients receive the best advice.
5. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process to ensure client satisfaction.
6. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall service delivery.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as an insurance broker or in a similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Experience in the insurance industry is an asset.
7. Experience with Power Broker is an asset.
8. Experience with Intact or Traveler's broker portal is an asset.
9. RIBO license required.
