As a Sr Product Manager, you will be accountable for driving brand performance through the leadership and delivery of key projects and activities that contribute to the operational plan achievement for a Selected portfolio within Vaccines Business Unit. You will also play a key role in contributing to the preparation and delivery of the brand strategic plan and working in a cross functional customer-centric approach manner to ensure brand objectives are met.

We are seeking an innovative and dynamic, experienced marketeer to join our team, specializing in the field of vaccinology. This role requires a deep understanding of both private market and public market access to vaccines, coupled with strong marketing acumen and leadership skills.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Working cross functionally to ensure plans are optimally developed with team buy in, and delivered to plan, on time, and within budget.
2. Ensure plan is aligned with global guidelines and meets short term and longer-term brand/portfolio objectives.
3. Define and implement a segmentation strategy that identifies brand/portfolio opportunities and informs deployment and execution.
4. Improve brand/portfolio growth and business performance by leveraging real-time data and understanding customer behavior changes.
5. Tracks performance to ensure delivery of activities and brand KPIs.
6. Capitalize on market, brand, and customer opportunities based on changing demands, competitive activities, and market trends.
7. Refine strategies to adjust to the changing competitive landscape.
8. Collaborate with public affairs and medical teams on relevant public health initiatives.
9. Preparation of new campaigns, projects and activities identified through the brand planning process.
10. Ensures strong management of promotional materials in line with SOP.

About You

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
2. 3 - 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical product / brand marketing.
3. Detailed understanding PAAB, ASC and IMC Code of Practice and its practical application in a business environment.
4. Substantial and sustainable sales/marketing/commercial/market research experience that should include working on a diverse brand mix (experience of new and mature), product launch experience, market analytical and forecasting ability.
5. Strong strategic marketing, analytical and planning skills.
6. Leadership of multidisciplinary teams to effective implementation of strategy.
7. Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills with a strong attention to detail.
8. Experience influencing without direct authority.
9. Languages: English required. French language is an asset.

The salary range for this position is:

$125,300.00 - $180,966.66

All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
