- Direct experience as a Tech Lead or in a similar role
- Previous experience as part of a Platform team serving engineering customers
- Proven ability to design, build, and operate scalable, public-facing APIs
- Familiarity with API gateways, authentication protocols, and rate limiting
- Expertise in Python and/or Go
