Job summary
A consulting firm in Canada is seeking an experienced change management professional with 7-10 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Communications or Business and demonstrate strong leadership and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. This role involves managing competing priorities and building relationships within a project environment. Candidates with Prosci certification or professional association memberships will be preferred.

- Experience in a project environment is an asset.
- Proficient with computer skills and Microsoft Office programs.
