The Department of Political Science at Université Laval is inviting applications for a full-time tenure-track position of Professor in Municipal and Local Politics. Candidates from all subfields of Political Science or from related disciplines are encouraged to submit their application.

Université Laval is a French-speaking institution where teaching and participation in committees are conducted in French. New professors whose native language is not French receive support from the institution to reach the required level of language proficiency for their duties. They are expected to reach the equivalent of a B2 proficiency level in French (advanced intermediate), or higher, by the end of their initial contract.
Conditions:
Full-time, tenure-track professor position.
Hiring is at the rank of assistant professor.
Salary according to the current collective agreement.
