The Opportunity:

Under Sunwing Vacations, we are looking for a Creative Multimedia Designer to join us in making vacation dreams come true. As the Creative Multimedia Designer, you will bring brands to life through compelling motion, video, and digital storytelling. This multifaceted role combines expertise in motion design, video production, and editing to create engaging content across all platforms while maintaining brand excellence and innovation in visual storytelling. The position reports to the Creative Brand Manager and will be located in Toronto, ON.

What You’ll Do:

• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and dynamic brand elements
• Develop engaging social media content and ensure visual consistency
• Innovate storytelling through animation, video shoots, and editing
• Direct filming, color grading, and sound design for compelling narratives
• Conceptualize storyboards, shot lists, and creative treatments
• Collaborate with teams on integrated campaigns and multimedia needs
• Master Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro) for production
• Manage project files, asset libraries, and technical documentation
• Execute advanced post-production techniques and meet deadlines
• Optimize content for various platforms and ensure high production standards

What You’ll Need:

• Adobe After Effects & Premiere Pro Expert – Skilled in crafting dynamic motion graphics, seamless animations, and polished video edits.
• Motion Design Mastery – Strong grasp of animation fundamentals, ensuring fluid and engaging visuals.
• Video Production & Cinematography – Experienced in directing, shooting, and editing high-quality content with expert framing and lighting.
• Sound Design Proficiency – Ability to enhance videos with well-integrated audio elements.
• Project Management – Efficient in handling multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and collaborating across teams.
