A leading staffing agency is seeking an HRIS Analyst in Toronto, Canada. In this role, you will optimize various HR systems, gather data, and collaborate with HR Specialists to enhance organizational performance. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in HRIS analysis, technical support, and proficiency in tools like Workday. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to analyze HR performance metrics are essential. This position emphasizes diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.
We are looking for an HRIS Analyst to join our client's team and help their organization optimize the performance of our HR systems.
HRIS Analyst responsibilities include gathering data, improving the performance of various HRIS throughout an organization, and making recommendations to improve performance metrics across departments. Ultimately, you will work with a team of HR Specialists and Managers across various departments to ensure an organization is performing as efficiently as possible.
