We are looking for aSr. Manager, Change Managementfor an existing vacancyto join our team! You will play a pivotal role by creating and implementing change management strategies, best practices and programs that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. You will act as a coach and advisor for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsors. You will also provide direct support and coaching to frontline managers and supervisors as they help their teams through transitions and support the project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.
The role requires a leader with experience in leading change management within complex transformative initiatives and can build relationships and steward change across all areas of the organization. In this people centric role, the work ensures our technical advancements translate into real-world benefits, fostering a culture of adaptability, innovations, and continuous improvement.
Build and lead the Change Management Strategy and Activities:
Thesalary rangefor this positionis $125,000 to $175,000.The salary rangeprovidedreflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation.In addition, there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to the total compensation for this position.
