The Team:
The Fintech team builds software to help small businesses get paid quickly and reliably. We strive to build the products that service providers need to invoice their clients, collect payments, as well as understand and control their financial position.
The role:
As a leader in Fintech, you’ll manage the Risk Engineering and Payment Systems teams. Risk Engineering builds tooling to support the internal risk teams, to help reduce the chance of fraud and losses. The Payment Systems team builds the foundation for payments and our other Fintech offerings. Your teams work primarily in the back-end, building a stable and reliable platform. You’ll work alongside peers from Technical Product Management and the rest of the Engineering Leadership team to ensure the tools we make help home and field service companies be financially successful!
Reporting to a Senior Manager, Software Engineering, the Manager, Software Engineering will work with members of your teams to support and develop their skills and career, as we work together to empower small businesses. In addition, you will be heavily involved in the technical direction of our platform, building it out to be reliable and performant as the company grows.
