Job summary
A leading mobility solutions provider in Ottawa is immediately hiring for a customer service role focused on assisting customers with their rental car returns. The position requires effective communication skills and a valid driver's license. You will engage with customers, manage vehicle returns, and ensure a smooth process with excellent service. - Meet and greet customers, secure keys, record mileage, and check cars into the system.

You will help customers in the return of their rental cars. This includes meeting and greeting customers, securing keys, recording mileage, gas levels, and damage to our cars and checking our cars into our computer system while providing excellent customer service.
