Our client has an immediate opening for a full-time Senior Architectural Technologist.

The ideal candidate would have 8+ years’ experience in the production of documents, from Schematic to Construction, coordination of team members and consultants for multi-unit residential and commercial projects, with the following expertise:

• Proficient in REVIT, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Capability in construction review and contract administration.
• Strong project coordination skills.
• Solid technical skills and knowledge.
• Experience in specification preparation and building code implementation.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and organized.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with bilingualism in French considered an asset.
