Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer to develop clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for our products and internal processes. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to create high-quality technical content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain user guides, API docs, technical manuals, and internal documentation.
• Translate complex technical concepts into simple, clear language.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and verify information.
• Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Organize and structure documentation using standard tools and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in a software or technology environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Markdown, MS Word, Adobe Acrobat).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple documentation projects.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with API documentation tools (e.g., Swagger, Postman).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or Git/version control.
