• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to ensure the timely hiring of high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team to deliver efficient recruitment processes and maintain high candidate experience standards.
• Utilise various sourcing methods and platforms to identify potential candidates, including social media and networking events.
• Streamline recruitment processes and continuously seek opportunities for process improvement.
• Maintain and analyse recruitment metrics to inform strategy adjustments and enhance team effectiveness.

• Bachelors Degree or higher education preferred
• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Previous experience recruiting for the Hospitality sector is required.
• Experience in recruitment within various industries is an advantage.
