Job summary
A hospitality leader is seeking a Laundry Manager in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing laundry and dry cleaning services, ensuring department profitability, and leading a team while maintaining high service standards. Candidates should have at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a laundry department and possess strong interpersonal skills. This is a full-time position that offers an opportunity to develop others in the team.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory level in a laundry department.
- Good interpersonal skills for effective team management.
- Proficient in English to communicate with staff and guests.
- Passion for developing others to enhance team performance.
- Attention to detail for maintaining high service standards.

- Manage Guest Laundry and Dry Cleaning services.
- Ensure the profitability of the laundry department.
- Develop and coach your team to achieve business goals.
Skills
As Laundry Manager you have a crucial role in establishing a high degree of service and efficiency throughout your department as your team is in charge of the cleanliness and comfort of our guests. You will manage Guest Laundry and Dry Cleaning services the Laundry Shop and Administration. This is a key operation in the hotel and it will be your responsibility to ensure the profitability of the department without compromising guest service and addition to this you will seek to continuously develop and coach your team to achieve their personal and business goals.
