Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Help and provide product information to customers, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our furniture product range, features, benefits, and pricing.
- Provide accurate and detailed information to customers, guiding them through various options based on their preferences and requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting furniture pieces that align with their design preferences, space limitations, and budget.
- Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate smooth sales processes, including product recommendations and upselling opportunities.
Order Processing:
- Help customers navigate the order placement process, ensuring accurate item selection, sizing, and customization options.
- Input customer orders accurately into the system and coordinate with the backend team to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Contribute to maintaining an appealing and organized shop floor by arranging furniture displays and maintaining proper product placement.
- Keep the shop floor clean, well-stocked, and visually attractive at all times.
Problem Resolution:
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate higher-ups when necessary.
- Offer solutions and alternatives to resolve problems, aiming to exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with fellow associates and team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
- Share insights and feedback from customer interactions to contribute to the improvement of customer service processes.
Store Operations:
- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and communicating stock levels to management.
- Support in-store events, promotions, and sales initiatives to drive foot traffic and boost revenue.

Salary: 6500 AED + NAFIS + Store incentive + Medical Insurance
