Job Description

• Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs professionally and courteously.
• Provide accurate cost estimates, repair recommendations, and expected completion times.
• Act as the primary point of contact between customers and service technicians.
• Clearly explain service details, costs, and benefits to customers to build trust.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of service transactions, customer interactions, and vehicle history.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate vehicle repairs to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on completed repairs and addressing any concerns.
• Stay up to date with automotive technologies, service techniques, and dealership promotions.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Promote additional services and preventive maintenance based on customer vehicle needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking a customer-focused and knowledgeable Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will act as the main liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring an excellent customer experience while providing accurate information about vehicle repairs and maintenance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Service Advisor, Customer Service Representative, or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems and dealership management software.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
