Job description
Receive and respond to client inquiries through phone, email, or other communication channels.
Take patient calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied patients, offering patient assistance and support.
Answer telephone promptly and politely.
Call clients to inform them about the company’s new products, services, and policies.
Schedule appointments appropriately then review appointment date, time, location, and provider name with patient.
Identify patient needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide reasonable solutions.
Build sustainable relationships with patients and personnel.
Meet and exceed personal and department objectives and metrics.
Act as a liaison for the patients.
Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service.
Requirements:
Understand and explain medical procedures to clients.
Flexibility to work in shifts.
Speaks Arabic and English.
