Job description
  • Receive and respond to client inquiries through phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Take patient calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied patients, offering patient assistance and support.
  • Answer telephone promptly and politely.
  • Call clients to inform them about the company’s new products, services, and policies.
  • Schedule appointments appropriately then review appointment date, time, location, and provider name with patient.
  • Identify patient needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide reasonable solutions.
  • Build sustainable relationships with patients and personnel.
  • Meet and exceed personal and department objectives and metrics.
  • Act as a liaison for the patients.
  • Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service.

Requirements:

  • Understand and explain medical procedures to clients.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts.
  • Speaks Arabic and English.
