Doka Gulf is recruiting a new Workshop Supervisor to support with the increased demand for our products in the market. We are looking for someone who will:

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the carpentry workshop including planning, scheduling, and assigning tasks to team members.
2. Ensure all carpentry work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
3. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
4. Conduct regular inspections of work in progress and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
5. Manage inventory of materials, tools, and equipment ensuring timely procurement and maintenance.
6. Review shop drawings.
7. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the production process.
9. Maintain accurate records of work orders, inventory, and employee performance.
10. Perform heavy physical labour.
11. Work in accordance with the global Doka quality rules and procedures.
12. Work in various environments as required (workshop and at site).

Qualifications :

1. Trade Background
2. School certificate
3. Basic English
4. Good literacy level

8. Attention to detail
