Security Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security staff to ensure effective coverage and vigilance.
• Monitor security systems, CCTV, and access control mechanisms to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Conduct regular security patrols and inspections of the property.
• Ensure compliance with community security regulations and local laws.
• Investigate and report security incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities.
• Develop and implement emergency response procedures.
• Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
• Train and guide security personnel in safety protocols and customer service.
• Prepare and submit reports on security activities, incidents, and recommendations.
• Parking Card Management and Coordination with Master Community Parking Management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in high-rise residential and commercial tower.
• SIRA Certificate is required (renewable every year).
