- Coordinating lead generation or other initiatives to develop new leads and increase sales.
- Directly accountable for the delivery of the sales objectives.
- Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
- Effectively communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
- Coordinate property deals closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property to convince them and secure a brokering deal.
- Following performance standards and expectations to ensure accountability and effective execution.
- Provide open and transparent communication with team members and departments across the organization.
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures preparing required reports for the management.
- Assisting customer affairs with required information for further customer support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conducting special promotions and attends sales-related exhibitions functions when required.
- Maintain contact with clients to have openings to discuss future business prospects.
Minimum 2 Years Real estate sales experience is a must.
Willing to relocate in Abu Dhabi.
Working with a Real estate developer will be an added advantage.
