Job Description

• Manage day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring smooth functionality and tenant satisfaction.
• Oversee the entire leasing process, from property marketing to tenant move-in, ensuring a seamless experience for both landlords and renters.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to set competitive rental rates, utilizing data to maximize property income while attracting quality tenants.
• Screen potential tenants rigorously through background and credit checks, ensuring compliance with fair housing laws and minimizing risk.
• Negotiate lease agreements with tenants and landlords, balancing the interests of both parties to secure mutually beneficial terms.
• Maintain ongoing communication with tenants to address concerns, facilitate maintenance requests, and promote tenant satisfaction.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies, utilizing digital platforms and local outreach to effectively showcase available properties.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or real estate operations, showcasing a track record of success.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field to ensure a strong foundational knowledge of property management.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in property leasing or real estate management, demonstrating a proven track record of successful tenant placement.
• Familiarity with local housing regulations and market dynamics to navigate the complexities of property leasing effectively.
• Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in an additional language is a plus for communicating with diverse tenant populations.
• Professional certification such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Residential Management Professional (RMP) to enhance credibility in the field is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with tenants and landlords alike.
• Proficient in property management software and CRM tools for efficient lease tracking and tenant communication.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple listings and ensure timely follow-ups with prospective tenants.
