In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive strategies to elevate the AHS brand and promote our exclusive property developments. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of luxury market dynamics, and a knack for innovative storytelling.

• Develop and execute integrated PR and marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive sales
• Lead and manage the PR and marketing team to ensure alignment with business objectives and successful campaign execution
• Oversee all communications, including press releases, marketing collateral, and social media content
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders
• Identify and engage in high-profile marketing opportunities and sponsorships to promote AHS properties
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform branding and marketing strategies
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics and PR outcomes
• Manage the marketing budget to optimize spending for maximum impact
• Oversee crisis communication and reputation management strategies
• Support sales enablement efforts with impactful marketing materials and presentations
• Stay current on industry trends and competitors to identify new marketing opportunities

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Proven experience in a senior marketing or PR role within luxury real estate or a related industry (8-12 years)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• In-depth knowledge of PR strategies, marketing principles, and luxury brand management
• Experience with digital marketing and social media strategies
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (CRM, analytics, etc.)
• Established network of media contacts and influencers in the luxury sector.
