Job Title: Property Valuation Expert, Jabal-Ali, UAE

We are looking for a Property Valuation Expert to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. The successful candidate should have experience in the field of property valuation and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the property market and the ability to accurately evaluate properties for various purposes, such as insurance or sale. Further requirements include extensive knowledge of current real estate regulations and laws, as well as excellent negotiation skills.

The successful candidate should be comfortable working independently or in a team environment. They should also be able to work with minimal supervision and have strong problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication is essential for this role. A university degree in property valuation or related field is preferred but not required.
