The Role

You will have to advise clients about market conditions, conduct walkthroughs, and provide guidance and assistance through the process of buying, selling, or leasing properties.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and respond to client enquiries
2. Qualify new leads
3. Conduct viewings with potential clients
4. Attend developer launches and training sessions
5. Keep up-to-date with market trends and projects
6. Find and reach out to new prospects
7. Negotiate and close deals

Requirements

1. Real Estate experience
2. Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
3. Strong communication skills
4. Valid driving license
5. German or French speaker
