Luxury Property Advisor (Ras Al Khaimah)

Job Overview:

Liv Squared Properties are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Property Advisor to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of both ready and off-plan properties in the region, with the ability to provide clients with expert guidance and facilitate successful property transactions. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of properties in one of the UAE's fastest-growing real estate markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the real estate market trends, property values, and upcoming developments in Ras Al Khaimah, covering both ready and off-plan properties.
  • Advise clients on the best investment opportunities, taking into account their needs, preferences, and financial situation. Guide them through property searches, and provide detailed information on property features, location advantages, and future value.
  • Lead negotiations between buyers and sellers or developers, ensuring favorable terms for all parties. Follow up on leads, convert inquiries into sales, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Assist in sourcing, listing, and marketing properties (both ready and off-plan) through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and networking events.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, offering detailed presentations to prospective buyers and tenants. Provide insight into property specifications, local amenities, and development plans.
  • Prepare and review sales agreements, contracts, and other legal documents, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations. Assist clients through the paperwork process for both ready and off-plan transactions.
  • Offer expert advice on off-plan property investments, explaining developer plans, payment structures, and expected completion dates. Keep clients informed of project progress and potential capital appreciation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries in a timely manner, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Attend industry events, property exhibitions, and networking functions to build relationships with developers, investors, and potential clients. Stay informed about market shifts and new development opportunities.

You would ideally have the following:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong focus on off plan, focusing on Ras Al Khaimah’s property market.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ras Al Khaimah’s property market, including both ready and off-plan developments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage with clients and build lasting relationships.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving licence and own car are mandatory.
